Blackstar Artisan 30 and 15 Amps for sale Edit- keeping the 30W for now

BLACKSTAR ARTISAN 30 HEAD (A30H)
This was my main gigging amp for several years but rarely gets used nowadays, partly due to it being much wider than my 2 x 12 upright cab.
It has some wear to the vinyl and the handle material is cracked. These amps are renowned for being well made and make great pedal platforms. It's a very loud 30 watts and I don't think I ever needed the volume over half way. It has a low power switch which drops the output down to 10 watts. The two channels, one EF86 powered, the other ECC83, can be jumpered to give more options.
Comes with a Blackstar cover.
£400 collected from Leicestershire. (I made the mistake of taking it to a rehearsal and have decided to keep the head for now.)

BLACKSTAR ARTISAN 15 WATT COMBO (A15)
This 15 watt 1 x 12 combo has also been my main gigging amp and has visible wear and tear from plenty of use. It was serviced by Blackstar last year and is working fine though.
I have also got the head version of this amp which gets much more use, so the combo is now surplus to requirements.
It is currently fitted with a nearly new Celestion Neo V Type, but it could come with the original Vintage 30 if preferred. Obviously the Neo speaker reduces the overall weight of the combo.
These amps have no master volume control but break up quite early and have a low power, 5 watt setting to aid versatility. The two channels (one EF86 powered, the other ECC83) can be jumpered and run together.
It comes with a Roqsolid cover.
£400 375 collected from Leicestershire.

@winered hi mate - I'm thinking of getting a V-Type Neo for my Artisan 15. How did you find it? I assume this has all sold now but would you shift just the speaker?

In fact I ended up selling the 30 watt head, but still have the 15 watt combo. I think I'll keep the V type neo with it for the moment. Soundwise I have no problem with the neo - after it had done a few gigs I liked it just as much as the original greenback. In terms of weight the combo is still heavy for a 1 x 12. It could probably do with extra handles to make transportation easier. And I have used Blackstar for amp servicing/repair and would recommend them if Northampton is within range for you. cheers Martin

Nice one - good to know! Let me know if you do fancy shifting the speaker. And yeah... it's a heavy beast. I wonder if casters might help a bit too!
