Uke song book recommendations

My mum is learning to play the ukelele and it’s going well. She is learning chord shapes and strumming patterns and has asked my advice on songbooks. Can anyone recommend a uke song book? 

She is a pretty competent piano player so wants transcribed music (she can sight read so will be able to get the rhythm and song melody from this), with the chords over the top, possibly with the tab underneath?

it’s a small step to a proper guitar! She’s 81 btw- never too late!
