Absolutely not something you want to do for two reasons. Latency, and sound quality.

Bluetooth connections are not instantaneous transmission, there's a notable processing delay. Not an issue for purely listening, but not practical for live performance use.

Bluetooth connections use digital compression to reduce the amount of data to be transferred over the link, that will audibly affect the sound quality compared to a wired connection. 

For something so show-critical, a wired connection all the way.
