Seems entirely accurate. The reason it doesn't say anything about what it's supposed to do is they'd get nailed by ASA within 5 minutes if they made a medical claim for it. Or maybe it's just meant to be an indiscreet key holder.

However, considering the forum, I'm surprised no-one has speculated whether it's AlNiCo or ceramic yet. And whether the creamery do a version.
