Surgeonaires feat. Würzel (yes, that Würzel)

Back in the late 80s our bass player Tigger was mates with Würzel who he used to see between Motorhead tours. And, as you would, Tigger asked him to play guitar on some demos made with a drum machine and recorded on an 8 track tape machine. Tigger didn’t have a band to do anything with the demos and they stayed on the shelf - until Tigger joined the Surgeonaires. Could the Surgeonaires play along with Würzel’s guitar tracks and turn the demos into decent recordings? Well we tried - and this is the result.

If he was playing that guitar today he’d be at risk of losing his fingers. The neck could do service as a cross-cut saw (but it is a beautifully made guitar) so I’ll get my file out soon and return it to its former glory.
