Melody Maker Custom P90

Hi, Forgive me if this isn't the place to ask but i wondered if there's anybody out there (UK) that could modify a standard Dogear P90 to fit into a Vintage Melody Maker cavity please? 

I've read about folk trimming a Dogear baseplate by a few mil either side so it just drops into the cavity yet retains being a P90 whereas some Custom builds such as Novak/Lollar are kind of like a P90 without actually being one. 

Any info would be appreciated.

You could try asking @OilCityPickups ? I have no idea if he can do this, but he does other mods/repairs etc. to pickups, so it's probably worth a try.
