    Anyway, another one which is kind of parallel to this is the way that certain people pronounce Lamborghini Countach as "cunt ash" like they're naughty boys.

    Many years ago I spent a few years with Her Majesty's Railways.  I arrived as they finished a reorganisation entitled "Organising For Quality".

    Known by its acronym.  O4Q.

    And that's just how every one pronounced it.
