Hi!
I'm looking for some advice for using the QC as an out front fx unit for my rack pre/poweramp. I was all set to go down the Af3 rack route but the expense is quite substantial, especially whe the QC can be had for half the price (less 2nd hand). It will also double up as a practice amp for whe I'm away w work... I have a pedal board and exp pedal etc so there's not really any extra expense in it for me and I also own the SLO plug in so there's that.
I'm quite a simple creature so maybe the fx aren't as pristine as the AF3 but I haven't played one. I know about the buttons bring close together etc so is there anything else I should be aware of? Is it a no brainer? Mostly delay and verbs and maybe a whammy etc... OK.. have at it! Thanks.
Give a man a fire and he's warm for the day. But set fire to him and he's warm for the rest of his life

They are pretty easy to use, remove the amp and cab blocks and you have just FX.
You can also feed just FX to your Pre/Power amp on one output, you can then have amp and cab blocks and the full chain sent to FOH,
happy to show you on a whatsapp or teams call.
