The guy i work with once stole a table from his old work, and i have stolen an oscillator (to be fair it was going to be thrown on the bin)

Whats the largest thing you have ever stolen from work ... i'm especially interested  in those people who have worked in a music store.

I shoplifted a copy of Mayfair when I was a teenager. "> I had meant to pay for it but I was sooo embarrassed I just kept on walking past the cashier. Glad I wasn't caught as that would have been the world's most pathetic criminal record.
Having known, professionally, a few tea leaves over the years undoubtably my favourite was a Securicor guard who emptied the contents of his van into his car boot and drove off his £500k in used notes, took it home, didn't spend or even hide it and got arrested the next day.

I used to still shitloads from work and then one day I sat down, looked at myself in the mirror and had a long hard think about it and realised that as I was self-employed I wasn't really gaining anything.  Haven't stolen so much since.

Was pretty lucky to get that lot to be honest. The total haul include a keyboard and amps as well... I'm not in custody of them though! Will see if I can locate a strat pic to share...

Not from work but was on a flight yesterday and was using complimentary Bose noise cancelling headphones which are over £200 a pair. Stewardess omitted to collect mine at the end of the flight and it did occur to me to "borrow" them. I just didn't want the guilt so I handed them in.
