2 pickup, 2 volume, 3 way blade switch wiring question

If I want to wire 2 pickups in a Strat, with a 3 way Tele blade switch and 2 volumes, would I wire each pickup to a pot and take the hot from each pot to the normal pickup tag on the switch, then out to the jack? 

Is there a better way?
