I thought I'd start this ahead of this year's show to act as a repository for stuff.

Let's see what's hot, what's new and innovative and who tries to reinvent the wheel!

The only thing that’s crossed my field of vision is the Collision Devices Snack Series. Seen them quoted at $190 or 165€. Not reinventing the wheel but quite a lot packed in to smallish boxes.

This might not strictly be a NAMM release as it was released this week but the new Bad Cat Hot Cat Mod 50 sounds bloody good and versatile with a nice 'digital' reverb

I get the impression that the Launched At NAMM thing is almost non existent now. Almost everything is soft launched in the run up to it. So the new Ibanez range, that new EHX interface thingy and the Muff2, the new Crazy Tube Circuits Orange style overdrive,etc,etc. I think NAMM starts on the 20th so maybe there will be some genuine surprises.

I'd say you aren't *quite* right... not all launch at NAMM but a lot still do.

New Friedman load box which looks like it has a stereo FX loop in it, which is something I've personally wanted to see for a long time. I can't find much other than what's been mentioned on a TGP thread though.
