Tried the Princeton with the g10 vintage last night. Jeez it’s a loud speaker at 99db.  It’s too mic for current band (no drummer). Decent tone tho.

Any other 10” suggestions for a speaker that rolls off treble, adds high mids at around 97db?

Good shout. Does it sound anything like the 12”   Neo creamback? Fav speaker.

I’ve only tried one once and never compared them directly, but I think it sounds more like the G12M-65 than the Neo - but they’re all in the same ballpark.

I’ve tried the Princeton with the band. Tried both the Jensen and the Celestion g10 vintage. With the Celestion it’s really good. It’s twice as loud but great with pedals.

That’s a bit more scooped like the Jensen but louder) yeah? I think this amp is really scooped and needs the mids.
