UNCONVENTIONAL SPACES Tour: Beyond the Living Room

Hey everyone, I’ve got a bit of a wild idea.

I’m headed to the UK and Europe this May and June for my 20-date house concert tour, and while chatting with my friend Paul about playing my hometown at the Egremont Church Hall, a lightbulb went on. In the true spirit of progressive rock, why limit ourselves to just living rooms?

I want to come and play your "Unconventional Spaces."

For 25 years, I’ve loved the intimacy of house concerts, but I know many of you feel your homes aren't quite big enough to host. This is the solution. Whether it’s a local church hall with high ceilings, a rustic barn, a gallery, or any unique space in your community—I’m in.

Offices, farms, sewage works... the weirder the better. Imagine an It Bites acoustic show in a Medieval Castle! We can document it and make it our new creative project. We could even have you and your pals play before my show. Something different. Something new. A brand new format.

We won’t need amplification, sound checks, or any of that "grown-up" stuff. This is about pure connection and natural acoustic music that honors the space we’re in. Stories and songs, family and friends, tea, cakes, and refreshments. It’s about taking the music out of the standard venues and putting it into the heart of your world. A bit of eccentricity never harmed anyone! (And the weather will be great, too).

I have four specific dates available to try out this new, "crazy and wonderful" format:

We are still booking traditional house concerts, of course—I won't ever stop doing that. But if you have access to a unique space and want to create a legendary night that your town will never forget, get in touch with Lizzy ASAP. I think this could be a fantastic adventure.
