Just got one of these as SWMBO not into the dulcet tones of my online lessons or my playing (yet). It's great, but with so many settings, what's the best for standard bass?

Probably something hot.

Or to be more serious, something quite dry with slightly scooped kids should let you hear any flaws in your technique more easily. Not necessarily much fun but good for the task of learning.
