5 points : @Bellycaster : Blues with a hint of rockabilly. Nice. Great fit to the backing.

3 points : @fastonebaz : Some great ideas. If only you'd reined in the 'Feargal Sharky'esque' manic vibrato a bit :) , it could have been a winner. Lots of intensity.

1 point : @flying_pie :  Like an avante guarde Captain Beefhart with polkadots. Certainly adventurous.

1 point @stratman3142 - more great playing and really very little between the three solos

5 Points @stratman3142 - Definitely the most "Bluesiest" of the entries, so gets top slot. Great licks and controlled playing as usual.

3 Points @fastonebaz - Very extravagant approach, lots of variety and I loved the snazzy play out at the end.

1 Point @flying_pie -  Very different, certainly brought a pleasing smile to my face. I have heard of Captain Beefheart, but haven't heard his playing, so can't vouch for any similarity. I'm gonna have to look out of curiosity now :)

@Bellycaster have you heard of Angine de Poitriine? I was imagining it as their version of the blues, hence the name. It does have a Beefheart/Primus vibe to it though

I have seen that name appearing all over the place, I think there's a thread on here. I'll have to have a nosey over the weekend.

Lol, unintentional pun, I've only just seen them. Looks like Buckethead meets Pinicchio.
