Long shaft mini pots

Can anyone recommend a source for long shaft mini pots? 

I've just returned to an ongoing project (re-wiring & swapping pickups on a 1999 Gordon-Smith Graduate) and hit a bit of a snag. The control cavity is very tight, to the extent that regular-sized pots won't fit. I've got some nice Alpha mini pots which will fit in the cavity, but the shafts are fractionally shorter than the pots in the original wiring harness and I'm not sure there's sufficient protruding thread once fitted into the guitar to securely take the external nut on the guitar's top. 

Ideally I'd just like to source some Alpha-size mini pots with a longer shaft so I don't have to attempt any modifications to the body of the guitar, but my usual sources of parts are drawing a blank.  Any recommendations for suppliers, or suggestions for clever ways around the problem, would be most appreciated. Ta!
