BUZZING ... HUM..3 way blade switch wiring tele style for neck dynasonic and bridge filtertron

Hi Question for all those that have brains that understand wiring, unlike mine!!! Buzzing in middle position when both pickups selected? .....Why? ....How to fix this? No buzzing or very small amount when neck or bridge selected .. Any help hugely appreciated. Pickups new and function when tested directly wired to cable and held over strings... . Thanks...
