Can anyone please give me some advice on a Japanese copy which has taken quite a knock on the headstock.

The headstock has snapped at the scarf joint plus a crack running down the back the neck and fingerboard coming ( up to around the 7th fret ) away and cracked .

It does not go together as it is with the fingerboard slight off by a few mm ..

I have tried removing the Headstock but the truss rod is in a  channel which narrows around the nut  , I have removed the nut but still can't get it off.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Unless the guitar is very valuable I would suggest that’s a write-off. Repairing the fingerboard well enough that it will refret evenly is going to be extremely difficult - I would guess it might need a new board. The crack down the back complicates things even more. Even if it can be repaired, it’s a major job for a luthier, and will need refinishing if you want it to look decent.

Rickenbacker copy? Is that the body in the background and is the back coming off too? If so would say it’s definitely beyond being worth saving.

yeah, with the damaged board that is going to be a lot of work to play right again - likely easier to replace the board than repair the existing one

If the RIC copy has a through neck, you would be replacing more than half of the instrument. The economics of this a not viable.

If it’s a Rick copy, it might have some value as a Pete Townshend tribute wall hanging. Otherwise, sadly I think it’s firewood.
