I feel your pain.

Sadly, I can't afford this and it's one of my favourite amps and lovely cleans aside, it takes pedals really well. I did buy a close relative and something within my budget, a Fender Deluxe Reverb Reissue. It's close enough for now.

To be honest, the Sportsman is closer to a Princeton than a Deluxe Reverb, imho... The 6v6s give it one f the 'sweetest' sounds you will ever find. The 'headroom' adds clipped od from a bit o hair upwards. Stunning.

My greatest gear regret is that I never bought @wazmeister 's Sportsman when he was selling.

Sadly times have changed and I don't have the funds anymore, but have a free bump on me
