I've been recording using the LT recently, for my cover band stuff. I normally use it direct into an amp but it's so handy to be able to get a good sound, quickly with the minimum of fuss with headphones at night. I used the rotary and harmonic tremolo effect for the guitar on this track and recorded into an ipad, we just air drop the songs between ipads depending on what parts need doing. Not the kind of stuff I usually play on, but I needed a unit that could instantly get me in any ballpark required, and the Helix is great for that.

join the paths and use path 2
every path has a 1a and 1b and 2a 2b so you can still do all the parallel processing and I/O you meed

If you have everything on one path currently (and a lot going on, eg multiple amps) you may have maxed its DSP. Connect the end of Path 1 to the start of Path 2 and share the load
I want to ad the overdrive before the amp. If I ad it on the second path will it not be after the amp?
