It's very pretty but that is very expensive. I paid 1.6k for my s/h/ R8 earlier this year. Mine is a non flame top but that's a shit load of extra cash for some stripes. Go and buy a (fake) fluffy tiger rug or a  Onesey or something.

You could have your pick of any new R9 for that, and some of the recent ones are stunning....I guess it's the sign of the future when good ones from > 20 years start to get a vintage loading on the price!

Shame about the Bonamassa signature though - could devalue it..

....and the BIN price was £3,750 this morning so it's the first eBay guitar auction I've seen where the price increases as time goes on.

Without that scribbling on the cavity cover... it might have been worth a bit more!

When I look at the close up photo of that signed cavity cover, there is a lot of wear on the cover but no apparent wear on the guitar body surrounding it?  Has it always been on this guitar?

It might just be the way the light reflects off the guitar body though.
