I've only gone and won a GuitarBuild body!!!

Well I never thought it would happen but what do you know eh?

Due to the choices available I have gone for Telecaster
I am not a tele fan at all but I like the look of this one and I think it has promise...

pick of the body.

I have no idea what I am going to do with it all. I am thinking tru oil and a 22 fret maple fingerboard neck, maybe in soft V.

I will take some pics when it arrives.

I just want to say thanks to Phil for his prompt communication and an awesome give away!. So much love for guitarbuild from me!

The Bigsby was the first successful design of what is now called a whammy bar or tremolo arm, although vibrato is the technically correct term for the musical effect it produces. In standard usage, tremolo is a rapid fluctuation of the volume of a note, while vibrato is a fluctuation in pitch. The origin of this nonstandard usage of the term by electric guitarists is attributed to Leo Fender, who also used the term “vibrato” to refer to what is really a tremolo effect.

    Congrats!
That's some wild grain on that plank, looking forward to seeing it's progress!

Btw is it just a one time sign up with guitarbuild for this comp, or do we need to keep applying?

I only signed up once. So I am guessing that's all it needs?
