Gassing hard for one of these lately, was watching one on ebay but the seller ended the listing early!

Anyone got one to sell?

The more colourful the better.

Budget probably £300 ish but it depends on the exact model and condition.

No problem, I've no photos yet except the ebay listing ones.
It was a total munter, badly refretted and played by talons not fingers!
I sanded the board keeping the 12" radius, refretted with jumbos.
The body is currently part sanded, and will be finished in aged vintage white nitro, hopefully with the grain showing slightly like the original.
It will be well under your budget too.

Sounds interesting. Not heard of Cimar before, doesn't seem to be much info about them on Google!

I will do, with more detailed info.
I may have underestimated the time frame for finishing it, I have been and will continue to be pretty busy, plus the weather constraints factor highly.
so I'll nibble away at it when I can.

@wickerman Yeah i've seen that one thanks. I saw the same model sell for £99 last week though so no chance i'm paying £300 haha. Unfortunately the one that sold for £99 was pickup only about 300 miles from me

Are there "good" years for these Roadstar models?  Didn't they shift production to Korea in the early 90s?

I've got an '87 RG 200 (hardtail HSS Strat-tpye) which is definitely MIJ (Fuji-gen), and it's very nice.  The neck profile, however, is complete Marmite.  Extremely skinny, but with a deep vintage-V profile...I get on with it just fine, but it'd probably annoy the hell out of others.
