I've not been using this recently - had previously used it to get guitar and bass in to my iOS devices - works brilliantly.

 I don't have any of the packaging, just the unit itself and the lightning cable used to attach it to an iPhone or iPad. It's also got some of that fine paint spatter on the outside you get when you painted the ceiling and it was left out (ahem) but in perfect working order.
