Vertonghen out with a twisted ankle, Vermaelen suspended and Kompany not in the squad means Belgium will be down to their 4th and 5th choice centre backs. A boost for Wales no doubt. Very big ask but who knows?

Thanks for the support for Polska @lloyd mate.

As for Wales - I think they really stand a chance. They can pressure the opponent's defense and Belgium is a very talented but chaotic team. They don't play with confidence and rely too much on star talent. They are to beat. Very similar to Portugal actually - on a good day - they can score 4 on you. But defend well and play organised in counters - you can get them. My bet goes on Wales!

No worries mate, got a load of Polish mates, will be supporting them, unless the lose, then I will be taking the piss out of them.....I'm not predicting anymore games this tournament-I've got them all wrong!

Although Portugal will be tired after 2 consecutive extra times.

Not at all offensive mate :-)
Depends on the context but it means "in need" more or less. "Potrzebują" would mean "they need", "potrzeba" - "a need".

Gutted for Poland, I personally like penalties, lots of drama and tension but a sitty way to lose a match.

I was supporting Poland and was disappointed after the penalties, but I'm used to that.

Good luck to Wales tonight, I think Belgium can be pretty inconsistent, but it's a tough ask.

Amazing to think Portugal are in the semi's by playing pretty rubbish overall.

Personally I think Belgium will steamroller Wales, but we'll see.

Portugal haven't won a game in 90 minutes yet this tournament and are in the semi's!

When he was walking to take the penalty, I thought shame on the manager for putting the kid in that situation, then he went and slotted it in the top corner.

I think pretty much every penalty shoot out the players themselves volunteer to take them, the manager never asks.

Great penalty from the kid.

I decided to put my money where my mouth is and put a few quid on Portugal to win the damn thing last night. They've got to the semi finals and neither of their opponents will scare them. Plus Ronaldo hasn't turned up yet, the odds of him having *another* quiet game must be small.
