"I have a Fender & Stratocaster"

Just saw this on Gumtree. He has a a 'Fender & Stratocaster'. He's not trying to sell it but someone at some point has tried to create their dream guitar.... 


It would be interesting to discover what it is. It looks like a cheap early seventies jobbie.

    Yes, early 70s Japanese "copy". It might even be made by Matsumoku - it has some features which are on some of their guitars - but I'm not certain, and it's possible that more than one factory used similar hardware.

    It's obviously been bodged about a bit, but it might be playable with a little work.

    £10k... Bargain!
     so if you fancy a reissue of a guitar they never made in a colour they never used then it probably isn't too overpriced.
