OK, so they aren't 'booteek', but they are very retro! Show of hands who used these throughout the 70's and 80's? Every social club in the land had a pair!

Anyhow, they are very solidly built, in great condition for 40 years old and they would fit 2 nice guitar speakers very well. No annoying horn hole (is that a thing?). Great speaker cloth!

I can't see anyone wanting both (or even one, maybe?!) and they would have to be sent singly so how about £40 delivered per cab? You couldn't make 'em for that!!

Now that is a good question! From memory, they are solid wood, but I would have to check and they are over at my folks place (should have photographed the insides, doh!).

My carlsbro 4x12 in the same line were mdf. A solid tight sound with little cab tone enhancement. Heavy too.

They are mdf, had loads of them.

Ive only ever seen one plywood Cbro cab. It was a square 2x12 style, like a TC60 combo but without the amp attached. I think it must have been a rare extension cab or something. Everything else from the 70's Ive had by Cbro has always been mdf, even the 4x12's.

But nice speakers in them usually
