    I've had this happen a couple of times and although Sperzel USA can be a bit slow to respond, on both occasions I posted the tuner to them and they fixed it for free.

    Alternatively, they use First Line Distribution in the UK - you could contact them to see if they can help - they provide a range of spare parts.
