On iTunes, right now. Will comment when I've had a listen.

However it turns out I do wish I could go see him on tour.

Nice one. I've pre-ordered the CD, but I think I'll wait till I can listen to it properly. I'm still listening to 'Born and Raised' quite a lot, his songwritting really came along with that one...and my eldest lad loves "the Submarine one" so he always asks for that when we're in the car.

After one listen through, I like it. It doesn't feel as good as Continuum, but not many records are.

Yea, he fucking nailed it with Continuum, so I feel sorry for albums he released after this! A lot to live up to!

Cheers for that SF and I'm off to see him at the O2 in October, so I'll let you know what it was like.

Continuum takes a lot of beating although I liked "Shadow Days" off Born And Raised and "Paper Doll" is nice ditty.

    Still can't play "Neon".........damn!

Have been listening fairly constantly over the lasts couple of days. I love it. Nothing like his Trio/Conti stuff, but a really great counterpart to B&R

  • Not really feeling it from first listen, but we'll see...

Saw part of a live-in-the-studio show thingy he did for Letterman and there was a cracking version of Something Like Olivia, just wish the new album wasn't so Country...

I'm loving it. Got the physical CD on Wednesday and pretty much listened to nothing but since then. Great playing throughout, and the duet with Katy Perry is a surprising highlight. I'm partial to a bit of Americana so it's fine by me that he's still got his country boots on.
