They're not sovtek. They are Voskhod 12AX7VKA also known as sunrise

Sovtek is just a brand that the New Sensor Corporation slaps on valves from various Russian factories, which may well include the Voskhod factory.

Would be interesting if you could google images of Sovtek 12ax7WA and see if the internal structures look exactly the same as yours?
