YouTube to DVD -- how?

There's a great little YouTube video which I'm happy to recommend to some of my patients.  And then... in the 21st century, I have a patient who doesn't have the internet.  Not quite sure how this is possible.
Anyway... I said I'd burn her a DVD...
This is proving to be more problematic than I realised.

I've saved the vid as an mp4. 
Does anyone know how to get this onto a regular DVD which will play on a regular DVD player?

Check your DVD drive on your computer is capable of burning as well as reading for a start! 
There are a couple tutorials out there on using windows movie maker to burn DVDs too

I think handbrake will convert it.
