Sweet sounding original Vox King Wah, model 95-932011 made by the Thomas Organ Co. in Sepulveda, California. A truly great wah pedal. ICBM of this parish fitted a Foxrox Wah Retrofit Kit, a JFET buffer / amp circuit with a trim pot, which allows you to use the wah with a Fuzz Face or similar fuzz pedal without losing tone or volume. More info here. This hasn't required any permanent modification to the pedal. £150 PPG delivered in UK.
