You may have seen this in the "World of Wez" thread, but I thought I would do a NGD thread in any case. This started life as a common or garden Washburn EC29, but as I already have a few of those, and as this one was a bit battered, I thought it would be a good candidate to turn it into a fixed bridge version - which of course doesn't exist.
@WezV worked his magic on it and after a while sorting out the tasteful paint job, this arrived in the post today...

It it now has bareknuckle pickups (Irish tour single coil and holy diver humbucker) to replace the active pickups it had originally. I deliberately wanted a colour scheme that did justice to its over the top 80s heritage. it certainly has that!

And obviously @WezV is a genius at all this bobbins, but I get fed-up of typing such things ...
The trem to T-o-m conversion worked out brilliantly. but I was always nervous about the finish idea and got more so as it took longer and longer
