*NOW SORTED* WTB: Boss CE-2 (black label) + Boss DD-2

Hi folks,

I'm looking to buy both a Boss DD-2 Digital Delay pedal and a Boss CE-2 Chorus pedal.

Both MUST be made in Japan (preferably black label) and completely un-modified / repaired. Cosmetic condition is largely unimportant.

@Gassage, @philrob1 ALMOST convinced me to send my DD-2 over to Mr Cornish... but somehow managed to see reason and the blatant lack of funds lol. But I am safe in the knowledge that it has gone to the same use, which leaves me content enough for some reason

Yes, I've wanted one for a long time, so I've finally jumped   Managed to snag a very battered looking DD-2 for £75, so that's waiting to go in the post.

Mr @pj310 and I have spoken re. his CE-2. I am currently waiting to hear back from PC with regard to whether it matters if I send a 'black' or 'green' label MIJ CE-2. There are both black and green label versions that were 'Made in Japan'. I understand that the 'black labels' all had the MN3007, but some of the later (but still pre-Taiwan) 'green labels' had the MN3207. I've also heard there was an unreliable JFET in the models from the very first year or so (?)

If you're solely after the Panasonic chip, the Taiwan had them as well - at least mine does.

The whole circuit board is required, so it has to be made in Japan, as I understand it, as the circuit design changed for Taiwan.

I missed out on a black label CE-2 on eBay at £120 yesterday, but managed to get one at £117 today.
