How much does it cost to ship a speaker cab and who's best to use?

Has anyone on here shipped a speaker cab from UK mainland to UK mainland and can you remember how much it cost? Also who would you recommend using? It's slightly larger than a compact cab and probably weighs about 30lbs not including packing materials.

select the UPS option on www.interparcel.com - easy form to follow - a guitar is around £12 based on 10-14Kg - so not sure what your dimensions are - but easy to work out on their form
