I've used them before, all good. They've got a UK office you can call and speak to someone too.

same here all good. saved nearly £90 on a pair of headphones. They weren't in stock (which I knew) they kept me updated along the way. Would use again 100%.

i used them for a pedal power supply. Great service but be aware the adapters they send will likely be euro 2 pin style since they're based in Holland (I believe)

I ordered a small item from them, no issues.  From what I remember they don't do Royal Mail so you have to pay for a courier.

They are incredibly good. Got a lot of the UK trade worried. They have an office in the UK so its easy to contact them.

If I recall from another thread most of the bad reviews were from 2015 ... they've sorted out their UK customer service.
