Quite the transformation
I just picked up my LP Classic from the tech to have a new JB bridge pup installed along with a complete rewire to replace the PCB. Holy jebus what a difference! It sounds SO much more open and with more bite and finesse. Completely standard wiring - no coil splits or anything just two volume and two tone pots. It's like having a new guitar!
CTS pots and an orange drop and a new knob have replaced the PCB and boost mini-toggle. It's basically up to standard spec now (albeit without any weight relief and lack of over-fret binding).
Anyone with the PCB, get it out of there!
