How much to ship a boxed, cased 335 to Holland?

use www.interparcel.com and select one of the UPS options - however, nearly all carriers have limited insurance policies and barely worth having - think www.parcel2go.com offer similar options to Interparcel and a degree of insurance - Without insurance you are looking around £20/30 via interparcel - pack well and hope is just as good - as a store I have a dedicated insurance policy for a 12 month period to cover goods in transit

I will try interparcel too - I use them in the UK

Transglobal - offer insurance up to £2000 and do actually stick to it - cost £40 on top of shipping fees.

I went to the Netherlands last week and it cost me £100 return. 

Take it yourself and have a day in Amsterdam, it'll be fun and you won't have the stress of worrying about a courier.
