Amps with effects pedal question

I have a chinese fender starcaster, the cheap starcaster, i got a orange crush 35rt amp, i got a tc flashback mini delay pedal, i got a fat 50's neck pickup, not the same for the middle and bridge pickup, my question is, if i played a 3233 g chord, and i wanted a (sonidos para celular)certain sound on the b and the high e, a certain delay clean sound, what would be the amp setting's and the delay settings, and the guitar volume and tone settings, what would be good for that, i don't know if i want a shimmery or a sparkly or a chime or a bell sound, i want to try a lot of different clean sounds, if i play a 5 on the b mixed with a 0 on the high e, both the b and the high e played at the same time, what would make that sound the best, because i don't know, please give me a lot of different clean delay settings to try, like all the different clean sounds

I'm not quite sure what you're asking, but it sounds like you want a different effect on the highest strings than you get on the lower ones. That's not possible with a conventional guitar. You'd need to spend a lot of money on a guitar synthesizer and a lot of time programming it to do that. 

As for what would sound best- that's for you and your ears to decide. Turn off the effects and try turning the tone controls on the amplifier through their range while you play. Do the same thing with the tone controls on the guitar and the pickup selector until you understand what everything does, then decide yourself where to set everything for the best sound(s).

I guess you could get different effects on top strings with the Submarine pickup however again, that's quite a specialist effect and technique to master so would probably make more sense to keep playing around with what you like at both extremes (ie subtle and less subtle effects)
