What annoys me more, is the twat I encountered on the motorway this morning that pulled out in front of me as I was overtaking. I had to slam on the brakes to avoid him, and when I eventually got along side him, noticed that he was wearing a hoodie...with the fucking hood up...inside the fucking car...no wonder he didn't see me!

    What a complete wankpuffin!!

...but anyway, yes. Hats off when indoors please people

    :D

I'm currently at work, and I have a baseball cap on, as I do every day, so much so if I'm out in a pub without a cap, people who know me pretty well, people who I've pierced several times will walk past me not knowing who I am :D

I wear a hat quite a lot of the time. I used to wear it just outdoors but after a while it just stuck (not literally).

I know this must make me the spawn of satan to most of you. Next time I'll ask you to remove your hideous fucking face.

I love hats, I loves a bit of hat me. But never indoors, and never baseball caps as they're for ruffians

As a perennial wearer of hats, I do usually take mine off indoors. However, in a lot of places there is no longer anywhere to put the bloody thing, so sometimes it gets left on.
I apologise if it has caused you offence in a pub at any point.
    :)

I think I should add that in the pub it's not that bad to me, a restaurant yes, an office, yes, workshop, not bad. I think I'm just a fucking snob.

I used to wear a baseball cap in my freezing garage, but the way the peak cuts out my upper vision meant I kept banging my frigging head all the time.

I now just wear a beanie in the garage, but nowhere else.

I probably spend about a fifth of my waking hours in a motorcycle helmet, but I'm not one of those knobs who wanders around in it off the bike - I can't wait to get it off at petrol stations etc.

I rarely wear hats or sunglasses indoors or out - tend to lose them tbh - but I've never really understood the anger that a person wearing these items indoors generates.

    Is it rude somehow?

What about performance enhancing hats for gigging? Most photos of me on here are inside buildings but I'm wearing a hat as a psychological aid to playing the guitar...
I was wondering about this the other day, pondering on hats.

I had my hair cut pretty short No.1 clippers and it doesn't look very RnR.  And while it's okay because I don't feel self-conscious or anything, and I love the cut, but was wondering about hat options.

    What's good on stage?  Anything?

We have dress down Fridays, and they have just decided we can wear smart jeans during the week if we choose.

Makes bugger all difference to me... No way am I doing a jean and smart shoe combo.

I normally either do smart or scruffy git. There is no middle ground. Although I have not worn a tie for work for five years, but it still feels odd and I still have a drawer full.
