    £211?  :o
so if you fancy a reissue of a guitar they never made in a colour they never used then it probably isn't too overpriced.

  • I know we will get some "jeez not this again"  posts but I genuinely think that particular monstrosity is worthy of a thread,  I love the fact he's mentioned it has a 7 string humbucker like its a selling point Hahah.

That was my thinking when I posted it. This guitar alone is worthy of a post just because it's so bloody shocking.

    Meanwhile on the moon.........

I can understand the 12 to 6 conversion. My skint friend in secondary school did the same thing to his 12 string....it's the high output humbucker which is confusing me?
I would love to change my username, but I fully understand the T&C's (it was an old band nickname). So please feel free to call me Dave.

    Er..... wut?
It is, by any objective measure, completely amateur.
The only situation where this is an acceptable level of workmanship is if he did them in the dark.
    With a chainsaw.
    Drunk.

It isn't better- it is just a slightly different flavour of shit.

What I really don't get is the 100% positive feedback. You really would expect at least some negative or even neutral reviews. (Unless, of course, the reviewers struggled with a normal computer keyboard due to their sausage fingers! Hang on - that's given me an idea...)
I play guitar because I enjoy it rather than because I’m any good at it

Don't PRS do that scallop thing on their nuts?
Or am I imaging it (I've not played many)?
The Bigsby was the first successful design of what is now called a whammy bar or tremolo arm, although vibrato is the technically correct term for the musical effect it produces. In standard usage, tremolo is a rapid fluctuation of the volume of a note, while vibrato is a fluctuation in pitch. The origin of this nonstandard usage of the term by electric guitarists is attributed to Leo Fender, who also used the term “vibrato” to refer to what is really a tremolo effect.

He was selling bass guitar necks a while ago, and had "trademarked" it by writing his ebay user name on the headstock in permanent marker pen.  :s
