The problem I have with it is that it's not far off the value of a second hand Squier one - which by all accounts is really good.
Would definitely like someone else to buy one and check it out. Hint, hint

The HB variant has no Trem, with a tuneomatic instead. I'm tempted to go for it or the new Blacktop Squier Baritone JM. Both instruments are the same scale, but come in different tunings. I imagine the HB would be easy to convert to A to A tuning though, I've the Squier Bass VI is a bit trickier to do that for.
You could also take the Jazzmaster to E tuning if you get Bass VI Strings.
I can lose hours messing with the VI and a looper pedal.
I can understand the lack of a trem- I have mine tightened up to the body... But I just love the way it looks!
I'm a bit of a caveman when it comes to guitars with switches. A friend of mine had a Fender Jaguar and when I used to play it, the switches confused me to no end.
What amp do you play your Squier VI through?
