On my board I have a t rex jr power supply and the pedals connected are:
Sonic Research ST300 turbo tuner mini
TC Electronics Sentry noise gate
CAE Wah
Maxon OD 808 reissue overdrive
Diamond CP1 compressor
Tone City summer orange phaser
MXR 234 analogue chorus
Boss DM2 waza analogue delay
All my pedals get switched on or off regularly depending on the song , but only ONE is left on permanently and that is my Diamond CP1 compressor which i just couldnt imagine not having. Despite the number of pedals you use, are there any always on type(s) regardless of the song ?

I usually have a boss df-2 on as I have the gain low and it cleans up okay. It's not often I want proper spanking cleans.
Ugly is the new transparent.
So many features in a tiny box. If I'm playing through an amp I can't get on with, I switch on the F1 and suddenly all is well in the world.
I do tho, so my Loop Switcher is always on.

On my guitar board, it depends. If I'm playing swirly guitar music (which is most of the time), then my CE-3, Echo Park and RV-7 will be permanently on.
I said maybe.....
for me: TC Electronics Flashback x4
I almost always play with just a little delay, and nothing else at all
Like Gearmandude says, Reverb sucks
i.e. it sucks tone
when you want it as an effect, it's great: Big sky etc
I love my Cali76 compact Deluxe, but would not want all the time
