Twisted Imaginings - A Horror And Gore Themed Blog http://bit.ly/2DF1NYi
I love The Tremeloes, there's something about Lenny Hawkes' voice. Their "psychedelic" album, after they had denounced their pop past is pretty good, too.
Mine are as follows, but to be fair I have done these in public as I have no shame:
The Ryan Adams versions of Taylor Swift songs, quite enjoy singing them
Loretta Lynn, but a lot of really old style country (back when it sounded like country!)
Jamie Cullum (on piano though not guitar)
Some of the earlier Adele songs work surprisingly very nicely with acoustic guitar, mispronouncing vowels is optional.
None of these can I claim to be ironic either
Pet Shop Boys - Left to my devices, it's a sin
Mariah Carey - Fantasy
Loads of early erasure
Even they were aware of it's shitness when they named it.
I can't help about the shape I'm in, I can't sing I ain't pretty and my legs are thin
But don't ask me what I think of you, I might not give the answer that you want me to
a proper musician too, not only a vocalist
not a guilty pleasure though is it?
the older melancholy Abba songs: SOS, Knowing me ( A HA!)
Ibiza chill compliations
I ask Alexa to play Norah Jones too much when having a meal,It's weird having your listening constrained by what pops into your head
