FS: CMI 1970's MIJ Stratocaster Sonic Blue ?
What's Hot
I'm paring down, and so, with regret, I'm putting this one up for sale.
It's a CMI MIJ Stratocaster from the 70's. There are a few bumps of course, but in pretty good shape. Because of these points, I am now legally obliged to use words like "lawsuit", "mojo" and "Matsumoku".
Bluesy tone, could do with a new switch as one position is intermittent. I just don't have the time to sort it myself, and with a Strat project I'm putting together, this really isn't being played. At the moment it's sitting in the corner of the workshop getting no love.
It sounds too good to waste and needs to be played.
@Sarge asked me to let him know if I was parting with this, so a polite heads up in that direction. No obligation.

I will post but only with neck removed as the only spare hardcase I have is heavier than concrete bollards.

Why this now when I'm broker than a thing of many broken pieces?
I'll have to console myself with the thought that that fretboard radius looks like 7.25 ish... Can't handle that much curvature....
Damn.

You'll be saying Pink Floyd never played on The Dark Side Of The Moon next.

(Sorry, North Lincs).
Don't really know in all honesty - never could tell the difference between D, C, V etc. It isn't a thick neck (in comparison to my 60's Melody Maker) but isn't skinny like a lot of Epiphone guitars.
Just feels like a strat neck to me, which may not be a particularly useful answer...
But I'd rather be honest - if I don't know I'll say so, rather than bullshit it.
