FS/FT - Loic Lepape Steel Les Paul Junior DC TV Yellow
What's Hot
Hey there!
I'm selling this Loic Lepape Steel Les Paul Jr Double cut, in aged TV Yellow finish. One thing you should know is that Mr Loic Lepape is a very well respected french luthier who makes all kind of guitars in steel (but hollow inside). This particular one is the Junior #24 that you can find on his website - this actual guitar.
It has a rounded '59 C shape profil, extremely confortable, and a screaming P90. Plays beautifully and sounds amazing.
I know that it's not very common to play steel Les Paul or steel guitars, it is a really nice guitar and it sounds amazing.
I'm asking £950 with its own hardshell case, seems to be a good price for me, it's been in the website for a little while now but I decided to drop the price a bit! Would prefer cash to be honest but I may be! I'm based in Central London but can post it no problem.
Please contact me if you need more info!
Cheers

Hope that doesn't come across as rude, I had a teye that wasn't for me but working out what didn't work for me, hopefully found it a happy home.
Don't get me wrong, it is an amazing guitar and I actually preferred the Loic Lepape over a '57 Les Paul Junior Reissue!
and it's all steel you say ? how does that impact the sound ?
Yes, the body is in steel but hollow and the neck and headstock are in mahogany. I think it doesn't sound too different from a "normal" wooden Les Paul, but for some reason I feel like this one is extremely beefy and resonant!
I might trade it for Gibsons or Fenders... I would honestly prefer cash but will consider any trades!
Unfortunately all my Gibson’s and Fenders are spoken for. Got a Gretsch incoming so my semi needs are catered for which looks like it might make my Taylor T3b begin to gather dust.
