Someone on the ground for local sorting out, someone here to maintain the attendee list and songlist, and that's about it surely? Too many cooks, etc.
I watch the payments coming in and going out ... but that's barely "organising".
That said, I dont want to take a place and push a potential new attendee off the list. I'm really keen for as many different people to attend, experience and enjoy, rather than each session be a "same faces, different town" thing.
But I've probably just argued myself off the list!
