A strange coincidence: I picked up a Tele body with green burst earlier this year, quite a strong emerald to black burst, decided I couldn’t live with it so asked Rexter to respray the front - Gold.

Im trying very hard to resist, I cant afford it and if I bought it I would be in sooo much trouble!
Somebody needs to make up his or her mind. Either sunburst - reassuringly conventional, if dull - or the opaque green. (Two-tone à la Brian Jones Gretsch 6118 would be nice.) Not both.
Opaque green - yeah, a rub on stain green would be ok.
Both? Puke tastic
