Didn't think I'd ever be contemplating this but I just feel my band and the music genre it is now playing my Lazy J20 is not suiting it. I absolutely love this amp as some of you may already know but it's a real rocker and feeling I'd like to go for a more cleaner amp. Oh god can't believe I'm gonna say this but....... I'm thinking of selling it but I need to look for a suitable replacement first before I finally decide.
So what would you guys suggest or recommend. I'd want a combo still, not weigh a ton, has good headroom and a master volume. Hand wired is what I've been used to so may want to continue with that, maybe. I suppose once I've sold the J20 I'd be looking for a replacement around the £2000 mark but preferable less
Any pointers?

I'd have thought for £2k you could get a real vintage one, or for much much less a reissue.
FWIW I tried the Two Rocks Pro 35 and liked it, although it can be a bit more fiddly to dial in your sound as opposed to something like the OP's Lazy J.
