What a stunning looking guitar. It squealed too. However, the clean side of things was way too clinical for my tastes. Had a very odd lack of character to it which is a shame.
Like I said, gain on, it roared! Lovely to play too and the tremendous was lovely. And plenty of tonal options.
Great guitar but not for me, which is a shame as I'm essentially looking for a suped up Strat.

I'm sure all I needed to do was tweak my amps more but the Suhr did always sound thinner compared to the PRS in the band. And the PRS sounds thin compared to a Les Paul! My Suhr is basswood and PRS mahogany. I think the heavier the wood, the more "depth" but also less "sparkle" or "quack" - I may be talking rubbish, here...! I like both and would never sell either. I think what Suhr does is really good gain/clean guitars (the split sounds are great) - and they RING - it is SO easy to hit a harmonic on them.
If I got anything again it'd be a Suhr with heavier body, probably mahogany, with mahogany neck. HSH maybe. Maybe... I see they are doing white satin Moderns but not sure I like those. I do like a little bit of bling!

It seems in fashion to say TA plays better but Suhr does better pick-ups. Would love to try one.

Most places have had the same suhr stock for a while bar the classic series...seems that at the lower price point, that's what people are buying.
I'll bang a NGD post up when the new one is in hand.
I was always a prs guy through and through but the 10' radius and compressed seeming sounds from the pickups ended up putting me off them, hated having to adjust my amp that much when changing guitars...

This is in a local shop and I have played it and love it, but Peach have put a fly in the ointment as they have their own specced Classic Pros which have roasted neck, Thornbucker HB and 2 Landau single coils - and it's a touch cheaper - that's a great spec but not so keen on the distance buying aspect.

Or this with Rosewood
